Viewing properties and participating in sale events

Midwest Energy Auction makes all of its investment properties available for viewing without registration. You will, however, be required to have a Client ID, a Bidder ID and password for the Proxibid web site in order to participate in Midwest Energy Auction sale events. In order to obtain a Client ID, Bidder ID and password, contact Midwest Energy Auction, LLC at (877) 237-7578 and ask for bidder registration support or submit the appropriate forms and applications available on the Midwest Energy Auction web site. 

Do you already have a Client ID and password?

You may already have a Client ID if you receive mailings from Midwest Energy Auction, LLC. Your Client ID is the number above your name on the mailing label of your auction sale brochure. If you cannot find your Client ID or password or have forgotten your Client ID or password, call Midwest Energy Auction, LLC bidder registration department at 877.237.7578 or send an email to support@midwesenergyauctions.com. Midwest Energy Auctions may contact you directly to verify personal information before providing password information.

Viewing properties and participating in Midwest Energy Auction events.

All visitors to the Midwest Energy Auction site can view properties that are available and that will be sold through sale events. In order to participate in a sale event, you must first obtain a Client ID and Bidder ID from Midwest Energy Auction as well as a user name and password for the Proxibid.com web site.  A copy of the Application for a Client ID and/or Bidder ID is available here.

Separate registration is required for each sale event or auction.

Registration is necessary for each sale in which you wish to participate. A new Bidder ID will be issued for each sale event so entities must obtain a separate Bidder ID for each event even if they already have a Client ID. 

Properties are sold by lot numbers. 

Auction properties are sold as lots. You MUST identify your lot numbers before bidding. Midwest Energy Auction provides lot numbers in each auction brochure that is mailed to clients and lot numbers can also be located in the on-line auction listing catalog.
