Q. What is needed to browse Midwest Energy Auction, LLC website for information on the properties?

A. Midwest Energy Auction makes all of its investment properties available for viewing without registration. You will, however, be required to have a Client ID, a Bidder ID and password for the Proxibid web site in order to participate in Midwest Energy Auction sale events. In order to obtain a Client ID, Bidder ID and password, contact Midwest Energy Auction, LLC at (877) 237-7578 and ask for bidder registration support or submit the appropriate forms and applications available on the Midwest Energy Auction web site.

Q. How can I tell if I have a Client Number?

A. You already have a Client Number if you receive mailings from Midwest Energy Auction, LLC. Your Client Number is the 5-digit number above your name on the mailing label of your auction sale brochure. If you cannot find your Client Number or have forgotten your password, call Midwest Energy Auction, LLC bidder registration department at 877.237.7578.

Q. What do I do if I forget my password?

A. If you have forgotten your password, send an email to support@mwenergyauctions.com, including your Client Name and phone number. You can also call Midwest Energy Auction, LLC at 877.237.7578 and ask for bidder registration support.  You will be contacted to verify your identity and we will reset your password.

Q. What is the difference between Bidder Registration and  Viewer Registration?

A. Viewers and Bidders are required to register as a knowledgeable and sophisticated party. Bidders must also furnish a bank letter and execute the Buyer’s Terms and Conditions. Bidders may bid on properties, viewers may not.

Q. Where do I find a lot number for the properties I am interested in? Do I need to know my lot numbers?

A. Auction properties are sold as lots. You MUST identify your lot numbers prior to bidding. Lot numbers are available in the auction brochure that is mailed to our clients and on each auction listing catalog.
